CountryCaribbean and the AmericasPosition Description and RequirementsAs an Operations Engineer for a sea water reverse osmosis water production facility in the Caribbean or Latin America, the principal responsibility is to ensure the efficient operations of reverse osmosis water treatment plants and to facilitate construction of new water treatment plants as business growth dictates. The Operations Engineer will support the Site Supervisor in leading the local Operations staff and interaction as required with clients is expected. Working cross-functionally with Engineering/Project Management, Field Services and Business Development teams is expected to facilitate further growth of the business. Maximizing plant uptime, driving efficiency, and maintaining a safe work environment are essential components of the role.
This position requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
