The Director, Operations Implementation serves as the primary liaison to the Integration team to ensure the integrity of the processes, workflows, and overarching strategies used for a timely and successful hand-off to the Operations Organization.
Provides strategic leadership, direction and standardization for the implementation process.
Develops a repeatable, process-based approach that recognizes the interdependence of all key stakeholders in the implementation process.
Oversees the management of implementation scope, risk, issues and budgets.
Identifies and drives process improvement opportunities that lower the risk of errors and increase efficiency.
Participates in the pro forma development for on-going Operations.
Facilitates support needed across Operations and MedSynergies including capacity and resource planning.
Performs on-boarding support, including:
Effectively manages implementation requirements and activities to completion in order to transition the project from the integration phase into the Operations production environment.
Participates in strategy discussions and building relationship matrix components to provide pre-contract Revenue Cycle support to both the Integration team and the client.
Coordinates with the Integration team to obtain on the ground requirements or in-puts needed to successfully implement the client.
Facilitates and coordinates project plan(s) including project plan development, dependencies and weekly status reports.
Identifies and/or develops tools as needed.
Participates in special projects or completes other duties as assigned.
Bachelor?s Degree or 5yrs equivalent work experience
Implementation experience aligned with people, process, or technology changes/transformations
Experience in Healthcare, Operations or Revenue Cycle Management organizations
Proven effective leadership and negotiating abilities.
Must have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
Detail oriented with excellent strategic, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism
A team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, ambiguous environment.
Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Health Care, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years related experience.
