the internship to ensure the student obtains exposure in areas of interest.

sports teams on both the professional and collegiate levels. XOS Digital serves more than 480
sports partners representing more than 900 teams focused on the NCAA, NFL, NBA, and NHL.
Through its three core areas of expertise, XOS Digital helps institutions integrate video, images,
data and interactive technologies to assure maximum return on each digital investment.
Postition
The focus of this position is to assist with game day support for HD Replay clients that include
the SEC, Big 12, Conference USA, Sun Belt and the WAC. Other responsibilities include
assisting with various projects including updating central database and client lists for all product
lines such as officiating, live event production, remote camera systems, digital signage, branded
environments and broadcast control rooms.
Responsibilities:
? Record every incident into the Customer Support Database and begin looking at trends
and potential issues.
? Record solutions of solved incidents into the Knowledgebase.
? Follow up on open incidents to ensure they get resolved.
? Communicate high-priority incidents to appropriate staff members.
? Process requests into the Customer Support Database and track spare returns.
? Act as key contacts for specified vendors in regard to technical and defect issues.
? Provide front line support to XOS officiating replay customers using our SD & HD
replay systems for football, hockey and basketball
? Assist in development & update of product support materials including product manuals,
software updates, FAQ?s, and web based support material.Position Description

Position Requirements
? Must have a positive, professional, motivated, and knowledgeable attitude.
? Must like sports and have an understanding of Football, Basketball, and Hockey
? Must be able to work up to 25 hours a week Tues-Sat, mostly afternoons and evenings.
? Must have strong PC background specifically in the areas of network configuration and
troubleshooting, and general PC hardware troubleshooting
? Familiarity with remote desktop access applications.
? Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Effective at communicating clearly and comfortably on technical issues
? Efficient and organized
? Must have strong knowledge of audio/visual systems.
? Must have at least 1 year of Technical/Customer Support experience.
? CTS Certifications (ICIA, CEDIA, NSCA) are a plus.
? Experience with AMX and Crestron hardware is a plus.
? Must be a current student in need of academic credit
