THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED dentify and improve operational efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of enrollment services team. Provide data to support feedback to individuals and the team to achieve departmental and company goals. Ensure integrity of application review process in accordance with that of the partner university, specifically in regard to meeting admission requirements and procedures. Ensure that enrollment services team meets expectations in regard to quality, consistency and state/federal compliance. Some Saturday and evening work required.
What We?re Looking For:
Work with VP, Enrollment Services to define operating objectives, strategies and key success metrics for the enrollment services team
Evaluate workflow, processes and policies to identify areas for potential improvement and risk mitigation
Design, build and implement key strategic initiatives to reduce overhead and increase productivity
Assist in determining best practices amongst and across all programs for OARS and Salesforce data and metrics
Understand program nuances and drivers in systems to create opportunities for process improvement
Manage the flow of enhancement tickets for day to day efficiency improvements
Understand all program admissions requirements and provide expert advice to all supporting staff and outside inquiries
Standardize process across multiple instances
Build and implement new programs and weave application processing seamlessly into a new launch
Support quality assurance process across all programs at each stage of admission process
Ensure timely development and enhancement of reports and ad-hoc analyses to drivers of admissions processing metrics
Participate as ERS stakeholder in OARS enhancements and development for current and new programs
Work closely with sales and programs operations staff to monitor actual and forecasted activity and workflow enhancements as required by program and university partners
Develop and periodically review documentation and training to ensure adherence to University policies for all programs
Work with Admissions Operations Managers for each program to update and maintain documentation and training materials
Work with program operations managers to successfully launch and sustain application and faculty review process
Manage and build interim process for new and upcoming programs and develop enhanced processes for existing programs
Critically analyze backend systems environments to understand the best approach to a solution
As we add programs, work with Tech to move from singular, short-term, solutions to establishing long-term strategic solutions and enhancements
Things That Should Be in Your Background:
Bachelor?s degree required
Master?s degree a plus
Detail-oriented with demonstrated experience in staff management
Strong interpersonal communications, organizational skills and ?get-it-done? attitude with demonstrated ability to overcome internal obstacles
Highly proactive, self starter with ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Familiarity with US and international higher education systems a plus
Superior written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Experience with Salesforce preferred
