The Operations Program Manager is responsible for leading and growing Yammer?s freemium conversion program as a key member of the Yammer marketing organization. In this key role, the Operations Program Manager will drive the conversion of free networks to premium networks by generating analytical insights and developing scalable processes to maximize outcomes. The ideal candidate is a highly strategic and analytical thinker who thrives on the metrics and processes of creative B2B marketing. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketing operations professional to help drive and innovate our unique approach to lead nurturing and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish scalable processes focused on lead scoring, lead nurturing, and lead conversion throughout the sales funnel
Generate analytical insights that drive targeted audience segmentation, significant conversion, and revenue improvement
Optimize processes and automate tools to facilitate seamless campaign execution, e.g. email, SEM, display, and social
Design, develop, and maintain scalable reporting solutions to monitor performance and track goals across the marketing organization
Design and implement test plans (A/B and multivariate) to understand drivers of response and value
Partner with internal sales and analytics teams to optimize lead conversion processes and programs
Collaborate with global and regional teams to drive and deliver scalable lead conversion programs
Requirements:
5+ years experience in marketing operations or analytics for B2B enterprise solutions or cloud technology company
Deep understanding of the sales cycle to maximize and support funnel management
Strong understanding of integrated marketing solutions focused on email marketing, SEM, and display
Deep expertise with Marketo and Salesforce.com
Deep expertise with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, or Omniture
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent project management and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast moving, high-energy environment
Self-driven, curious, healthy disrespect for the impossible
BA/BS degree, masters degree a plus
