Responsibilties
Purchasing â€" The core responsibilities for this position will be processing purchase orders for expense materials and services. This includes:
o Entry of Operations Department purchase requests
o Convert approved purchase requests to purchase orders using ERP and submit PO's to Vendors
o Act as company go to for any purchasing model questions/issues
o Ensure company purchasing policies are followed for all purchase requests
o Resolution of discrepancies with A/P
o Purchase and help reconcile Dept. P-card for purchases & misc. expenses
o Ensure office supply cabinets are sufficiently stocked and order any non-standard office supply requests. Work with supply Vendor to automate process as needed.
o Monitor Purchasing Email In-box
o Verify Printer & Copy equipment lease invoices are reviewed, documented and approved according to appropriate contract
Order Fulfillment
o Act as backup for processing/entry of PANW renewal orders and customer purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner and in full compliance with company policies
RMA Coordination
o Act as backup for creation of RMA Orders (for returning defective devices) and Sales Orders (for AR) in SAP, including scanning of backup material and attaching in correct RMA in SAP
Requirements
Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent related job experience) with an additional 5+ years' experience in the related field or combination of education and related experience such as
o Purchasing
o RMA Management
o Logistics
o Order Fulfillment
