The Operations Support Specialist will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for collaborating with Call Coaches, Client Services Managers (CSMs) and/or other senior management team members to achieve the organization?s mission and strategies. Analyze, monitor and implement policies, procedures and technologies to increase efficiencies and achieve goals. Handle reporting structure, ongoing reporting information, projects and process improvement on an ongoing basis.
Work with Client Services Manager's for Funding Accounts (CSMs) and Operations Manager to implement process improvement plans.
Will also work to implement performance standards for Call Coaches to work toward team, division and organizational goals
Help create operational objectives, measurement strategies and work with Call Coaches, CSMs and Executive to monitor effectively..
Assist in development of automating and providing reports to Call Coaches, CSMs and Executives with reports, efficiencies, trends and metrics
Provide Benchmarking analytics and make recommendations for improvements
Recognize and communicate trends within the business environment
Work with Operations Manager to Develop and implement new projects to the department
Recognize existing and future challenges with an emphasis on technology solutions
Associates or Bachelor's degree in area of specialty or equivalent is a plus
6 to 12 months of experience in the field such as Call Center or Sales Analytics or in a related area (or comparable work experience)
Experience in creating and developing automated reports and dashboards is a plus.
Salesforce.com experience is a plus
Excellent computer skills and proficient knowledge of Excel & Access is a must.
Proven organizational skills and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.
Able to present complex ideas concisely.
Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills.
Desire to learn and grow skills.
Ability to function in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and ability to communicate with different personality types. Plus communicate up and down.
Strong attention to detail with accuracy with ability to quickly identify and resolve issues as needed.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as conversion rates, goal attainment ratios, ROI, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
