If this sounds like you, then continue to read on!The Telerik team is growing and we are currently looking for an Oracle Applications Consultant to join our team in Waltham, MA. Currently, Telerik is undertaking a stabilization effort for the R12 environment. This effort involves standard Oracle modules and processes as well as custom business processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Finance team in the US and the offices abroad to assist with the integration issues between modules and custom applications and alignment of reporting.
If you were a part of our team, here are some things you would have done last week as an Oracle Applications Consultant:
? Logged, monitored and took action upon R12 Oracle Service Requests
? Analyzed user issues and identified appropriate troubleshooting responses (replicated problem, developed solution recommendation, logged Oracle Service Request, etc.)
? Solution development such as AP, AR, GL, CM, FA, SLA configuration; reporting and visualization of data
? Analyzed issues, proposed solutions, and implemented business improvements, workflows, etc.
? Created functional design documents
? Developed and conducted test scenarios/scripts to test the new business processes
You will be the person who has (a):
? B.S. in Economics/Finance, IT or related field
? Knowledge of SQL-Plus and PL/SQL will be considered an asset
? Oracle E-Business Suite R12 implementation experience
? Hands on experience in R12 Financials modules: Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Sub ledger Accounting (SLA), E-Business Tax, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Multi-Org/Ledger environment.
? Oracle Business Intelligence applications knowledge will be considered highly advantageous
? Familiar with external interfaces like bank interfaces / Data conversion / On-line iStore
? Local statutory and regulatory knowledge for US GAAP, US sales tax compliance
? Experience with business process analysis and modeling, solution and application design, and end-user training
? Ability to provide innovative functional solutions to identify gaps in Oracle-Business functionality based on business requirements and troubleshoots standard Oracle bugs and issues
