Suniva is seeking a very detail-oriented, self-motivated individual to be an Order Administrator. This individual will report to the Senior Director of Customer Order Fulfillment. They must possess strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and the desire to meet and exceed performance expectations. The candidate must be able to work well with a team in a fast-paced high-volume industry. They must possess a desire to assist the Order Fulfillment Department with its mission of providing greater visibility and best in class customer service to all its customers. This individual will be involved in all areas of the life cycle of an order. This position will interface with Suniva?s Sales team, as well as the Finance and Executive groups when needed.
The primary function of this position will be entering and processing orders received by Suniva?s Sales Team into the Oracle Order Management System.
This role will work very closely with the Allocation Coordinator and Logistics Coordinator to ensure that customer orders are processed according to the Order Fulfillment Departments SOPs, with the end goal being exceptional customer service.
This role will also be responsible for updating order information within Suniva?s centralized Order Tracking System. This will include entry of accepted ship dates, modifications to ship dates, and relevant information regarding shipment of product.
The person in this role will also provide duties as a back-up to the Sales Administrator to include verification of accuracy of submitted POs and contract requests from the Sales Team, drafting of contracts and amendments as required, and logging all received order requests into the Order Tracking Spreadsheet.
Must be highly organized, detailed oriented and self-motivated.
Strong process development and orientation with demonstrated problem solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated skill in report development, preparation, and maintenance.
Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment, and to lead and influence cross-organizationally.
Skills in Microsoft Office based products, as well as a working knowledge of Oracle is preferred.
Ability to adapt process to a changing production environment.
