Order Entry Specialist Vocalocity Inc.
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED As a member of the Customer Care team, the Order Entry Specialist is responsible for a broad range of activities associated with the execution of orders and billing processes for customers.
The successful candidate must have a college Bachelor's degree, superior customer relations skills. One year of clerical or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Process new customer orders using a web-based order entry system in a timely manner
Review orders for accuracy and completeness
Follow up with Sales to clarify customer requirements
Ensure that customer requirements are met on a timely basis
Maintain a high level of accuracy with respect to all activities
