This position will primarily reside in the office and you will be responsible for daily processing of sales orders and purchase orders related to direct orders from Sales Reps and Channel Reseller orders as well as other duties designated by your Manager as time permits.
Essential Responsibilities:
? Process sales orders and purchase orders for accuracy and determines appropriate shipping instructions from order entry to successful delivery to customer. Will be required to research issues and responds to phone calls regarding sales orders from channel partners and sales personnel. This includes but is not limited to:
- Check for pricing accuracy on sales order and purchase order.
- Check for payment terms.
- Check credit card accuracy to ensure card is authorized.
? Maintains bookings policy standards as set from the bookings policy.
? Maintains Order Inbox, printing and processing all sales orders, and routing all unrelated items to the appropriate channels.
? Maintains MindjetServiceCenter Inbox. Addressing issues relating to order entry, and routing all unrelated items to the appropriate channels.
? Has a working knowledge of all US SKUs ? Knowing when and when not to use a SKU.
? Has a working knowledge of all order ops processes, and can explain these on a daily basis to Sales Reps with questions.
? Completes and verifies worldwide Renewal Tagging each month.
? Occasionally assists with RMA and Credit Memo Requests as needed.
? Occasionally assists with Special Pricing Quotes as needed where strong mathematical skills are necessary.
? Maintain current channel contacts information and ensuring team members are informed.
? Keeps Manager informed of daily non-process orders and purchase orders.
? Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Competencies:
? 40+ WPM typing speed
? Experience with Netsuite Order Operations
? Entry level experience working with Excel
? Strong sense of teamwork
? Multi-tasking and completing assigned tasks on time
? Attention to detail and strong follow-through skills
? Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage time appropriately
? Ability to work as part of a team and individually with limited supervision
? Must be a quick learner, comfortable with ambiguity and show a willingness to take initiative.
? Ability to quickly adapt to new requirements and processes.
? Ability to communicate issues in a clear and concise way, and work well with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
