THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Summary: The Order Fulfillment Coordinator, OFC, is responsible for reviewing incoming requests and accurately facilitating the completion of these requests for both internal and external clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a representative list of the general duties the position may be asked to perform and is not intended to be all-inclusive.
Orchestrate detailed processes for long periods of time at a high level of accuracy.
Assess and process incoming sales.
Work with other departments regarding internal and external client requests.
Assist and guide internal and external clients with order processes, systems and procedures; modify as necessary in order to maximize efficiencies.
Coordinate with vendors.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Possesses strong attention to detail.
Takes the initiative to complete unfinished department tasks.
Utilizes internal and external resources to complete tasks.
Constantly strives to meet the needs/expectations of the customer, both internal and external.
Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills & works well in a team environment.
Have excellent internal and external customer service skills.
Keeps a high level of professionalism when corresponding with clients (verbal and written)
Remains calm during escalated issues and takes action to provide great customer service.
Takes ownership of mistakes that are made and works to resolve them.
Works efficiently with minimal supervision.
Accepts that required duties will change and develop as the department and company grow.
Uses time efficiently and effectively.
Carefully reviews work before it is submitted.
Is willing to go above and beyond when it comes to assisting with the workload.
Education and/or Experience:
High school degree or equivalent.
At least 6+ months experience in customer service.
Data-entry or fulfillment experience preferred.
Ability to read, and analyze customer questions.
Excellent writing and computer skills.
Can effectively present information (oral and written) and can clearly respond to questions in one-on-one and group settings.
Experienced with Excel and Word.
Familiar with internet based software.
Typing: 40-60 WPM.
