Order Fulfillment Specialist Palo Alto Networks

Responsibilities
- Processing/entry of customer purchase orders into SAP Sales Order module. Transactions must be completed in an accurate and timely manner in full compliance with company policies and procedures
- Interact closely with staff/management regarding allocation of inventory and scheduling of orders for customer order confirmations
- Report on order status for anything not completing within standard turn around time as identified by OF Supervisor.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and drive to departmental goals and objectives as identified by Management.
- Assist with month end reconciliation as required.
- Ensure all shipments are on schedule as requested
- Work closely with other functional groups to resolve any orders/shipments issues
- Acknowledge/provide feedback to internal customers on order status
- Report on order status and reconcile discrepancies in orders and shipments
- Support Finance in solving all A/R discrepancies, Sales Order related issues
Requirements
- Successful candidates will have broad background in Operations back end Supply Chain.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment
- Experience with SAP is a huge plus
- Strong Problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management
- Team-oriented, with proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Proven self-starter with demonstrated ability to use initiative
- Must be able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities concurrently
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Detail oriented with excellent follow up
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related job experience with an additional 5+ years experience in the related field or combination of education and related experience
- Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Outlook)
