Summary of Functions:
Due to continued growth we are seeking experienced Order Fulfillment Supervisor to join our dynamic organization in Memphis, TN on 3rd shift. Hours are 9pm - 6am.
We are seeking experienced distribution operations professionals with hands-on management of replenishment/fulfillment skills in a manufacturing or distribution environment and a solid understanding of customer service and order accuracy.
The ideal candidate will have employee management experience in order to guide them in efficient and economical processing of orders in accordance with established company policies and procedures, as well as timely availability of merchandise for all operational requirements. Supervises activity in one or more areas of Order Fulfillment, while maintaining a working knowledge of and varied levels of involvement in all areas, including staffing, quality, manual and mechanical assembly, picking, packing and docks. Experience with wave planning, WMS super-user, line balancing, or master scheduling.
This position requires 3-5 years minimum experience in a warehouse environment. Experience in picking/packing operations is a must as well as experience with WMS and RF technology. Knowledge of shipping and vendor compliance requirements is also required.
