The Order Management Analyst is responsible for completing contract, order management and operations tasks in support of internal/external DriveCam staff, customers and vendors. Candidate must possess exceptional communication, problem solving, analytical and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast paced/high growth environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and coordinating Sales Operations projects and process improvements.
Functions as a central contact point for internal business partners and strives to deepen client relationships and ensure a positive total experience.
Responsible for enforcing program guardrails and final review of quotes and account documents.
Liaison for cross-functional teams in order to improve efficiencies and productivity of supported departments.
Document operational processes, including detailed business requirements for Order Management department.
Create, process and approve quotes and sales orders for internal and external customers.
Coordinate and provide instruction to Lytx?s vendors and partners to support shipments for customer installations and reverse logistics.
Develop and maintain an in depth understanding of Lytx?s products/services/policies and procedures with the ability to discuss comfortably with internal and external customers.
Execute and manage special projects as required.
Experience and Qualifications:
Possess strong systems skills with the ability to develop and drive implementation of process changes. Strong ability to identify, analyze and arrange large amounts of data into meaningful and manageable reports and dashboards, for use by different levels of management.
Developed planning and organizational skills that ensure work processes are occurring as required to satisfy client needs and that results are timely.
Ability to communicate effectively and work well with various organizations: Sales, Finance, HR, IT etc.
Exceptional written, verbal communication and multi-tasking skills.
Advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
1-2 years? experience with Sales Force (CRM Database) and NetSuite (ERP system) is desirable.
2-3 years prior experience as a Sales Operations Analyst / Order Management Analyst with increasing responsibilities preferred.
Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
