- Execute daily invoice and credit card transactions.
- Field customer phone inquiries and email requests for all revenue related transactions with an emphasis on customer service.
- Key point of contact for all Account Managers to assist in customer histories and gathering background information to research and resolve customer account questions.
- Execute and update memorized transaction requests with exceptional attention to detail ensuring accurate revenue recognition dates.
- Track billable tax related issues as necessary to ensure accurate monthly tax returns.
- Collaborate on month end transaction discrepancies to ensure an accurate and timely month end close.
- Look for system and processing inefficiencies and suggest necessary changes and improvements.
- Support Order Management and Finance teams on various ad-hoc related projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to execute with a can do attitude and customer service focus.
- College degree required (Finance/Business focus a plus)
- Prior experience with SalesForce (required), experience with Netsuite a plus.
