PLEASE NOTE: RECENT ORDER MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED.
The Order to Cash Analyst will be primarily responsible for working with Sales, Legal, Finance, Technical Support and customers in processing all order types. The Order to Cash Analyst will also be responsible for daily invoicing, invoice review and distribution to customers. The Order to Cash Analyst will also be responsible for establishing credit limits, maintaining the customer records and collecting on open invoices. This position reports to the Accounting Operations Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review each incoming purchase order against Infoblox's business rules and revenue policies
- Monitor progress of an order throughout the shipment and billing process
- Take an active role in identifying and resolving any issues
- Research and update customer records and install base as necessary
- Assist with Order Management/Accounts Receivable/Credit and Collections month end close functional responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable, Credit Review
- Collect on customer open invoices and cash application into Oracle
- Participate in the ongoing documentation of the order process and:
- May perform analysis of problems within the order to cash processes
- Participate in the development of new processes or techniques to resolve these problems and prevent their reoccurrence will be an ongoing requirement of the job
- Support manager with special projects as requested
- 3+ years order administration and or accounts receivable background
- Proven ability to enter orders and process business accurately yet efficiently under time sensitive situations
- Solid written and verbal communication skills are a must, as problem resolution with Sales, Customer Support, Customers and Finance are key components of the job
- Solid PC skills â€" Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities, with initiative
- Results oriented with strong attention to detail
- Team player
- Proven ability to think independently; quick learner; technology friendly
- Familiarity with Oracle Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Service Contract and Install Base modules strongly desired
- Working knowledge of hardware and software revenue recognition rules is a must
- Four year college degree preferred
