Job Description
This individual will manage the activities involved in the design, preparation, delivery and need assessment of development programs for Company managers and employees. Join in partnership with business managers, other HR and Learning professionals to assess and implement organizational development programs, processes and training initiatives to support organizational strategies.
Determines Company needs for leadership development, succession planning, career management, interpersonal skills and communication training. Develops and/or approves content, methods, and materials for training and may conduct courses. Develops methods for evaluation of program effectiveness. Typical responsibilities may include development and delivery of programs, such as new employee orientation, performance management and/or organizational development training.
Responsiblities:
Responsible for leadership development programs including but not limited to- working with management and HR team to identify needs, design plans and tools, including, management orientation and ongoing leadership training
Responsible for the Precyse colleague orientation programs
Manage the performance management process and tool, including job description support, manager and colleague training, competency development and connecting organizational goals to performance management
Lead resource for organizational design support, including Session C(skill set assessment, retention risks, succession planning and training needs) and career path development
Responsible for corporate wide colleague satisfaction surveys, action planning and follow up
Precyse University relationship liaison
Organizational Development reporting, analytics, leadership scorecard development
Manage non technical training
Responsible for managing organizational development budget
Manage future Spark Summit and any other leadership development events
Manages and maintains data in the performance management system
Prepares and communicates information to colleagues about performance management, career paths and developmental opportunities
Respond to employee and management inquiries in a timely manner
Performs additional duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
College degree with focus in Human Resources or a related field.
7+ years of HR experience in Organizational Development, at least 2 years in a lead role
PHR, SHRM, ODCP, TMCP, LDCP OR CPLP certification(s) preferred.
Experience with Taleo Performance Management System preferred
Must be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of Organizational Development, Talent Management and Leadership Development
