MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Researches, designs and develops tools and programs to help accelerate organizational performance.
Performs organization and leadership development consulting to identify strategies to achieve organizational and team effectiveness.
Provides management and leadership of the agency with appropriate development programs and strategies.
Supports the development and delivery of programs targeting the development of key competencies that will enable stronger individual and team performance.
Assess needs, designs and provides training.
Conducts independent analyses, ensures assignment progress, develops conclusions, recommends actions, writes reports, and provides execution consultation.
Assists with constructing the analytical framework and work steps for the change management process.
Bachelor's Degree + 2-5 years of federal experience
Must have experience using assessment instruments for individuals, teams and organizations
Must have experience in surveys and statistical analysis of surveys and assessment tool results
Must be customer and results oriented
Must have experience interfacing with all levels of management
Must have advanced oral and written communication skills
Must be able to work onsite (relocation costs not provided)
US Citizenship required
Must be able to pass a background investigation (including a credit check)
Graduate studies in related field
