Overview of Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to patients using an automated dialer regarding Cypress Care?s pharmacy benefits program.
Key Responsibilities:
Must be able to utilize headset and computer terminal while navigating through multiple systems.
Ability to read and recite new patient script repetitively throughout the day.
Position requires ability to work in a very structured environment with a diverse workforce.
Must be able to adapt to dynamic, quickly changing telecommunications environment.
Accountable for call quality, attendance, and adherence to work schedule.
Must be able to maintain accurate patient notes in claims management system and pharmacy processing applications.
Additional Responsibilities:
Other tasks as directed by the Company.
Assisting other departments with various data related tasks.
Ability to learn new tasks for other departments in the call center.

Serve as back-up for receptionist duties.

Qualifications/Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required, Associate or Bachelor?s degree preferred.
Work experience should include a minimum of one year in a customer service position and call center role.
Energetic and self-motivated.
Exceptional communication skills are required, both written and oral.
Advanced knowledge of accessing and using the Internet, HTML, and MS Office tools; knowledge of computer systems, communication tools and software.
Attention to detail and accuracy is required.
Work Environment:
Work performed in an office environment.
Job performed while sitting, reviewing computer monitor, and talking with headset.
