Essential Responsibilities

Actively participate in calling existing BabyAge customers to promote and offer Diaper & Formula Delivery Services.
Duties in Detail

- Conduct sales via telephone and Internet and enter customer information into systems.
- Make outbound calls to customers, prioritize, and problem solve while remaining professional under pressure.
- Make suggestions on up-sells and cross-sells on each call.
- Field, track, and close quality controls complaints, service issues, and vendor relations.
- Contact customers to provide follow up as needed.
- Effectively communicate and listen to customers.
- Keep current customers connected to BabyAge and encourage repeat purchases
- Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required.

Requirements

- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate's degree in Specialized Business or comparable customer service experience preferred.
- Dependable and self motivated.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good follow up and follow through skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
