Outbound Sales Specialist LegalZoom
Focus on working with existing customers of LegalZoom
Offer LegalZooms ancillary services to existing clients on an outbound basis
Responsible for providing valuable information that pertains to LegalZooms Business Formation products and services
Engage in new product releases and services to help educate Legalzooms customers.
Consistently meet or exceed quota-based performance metrics as defined by the company
Effectively identify clients needs
Effectively communicate to existing clients the benefits of the suite of products offered by LegalZoom
Maintain a world class level of customer service
Requirements:
Proven sales skills with a successful record of attaining or exceeding quotas
Ability to excel in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and highly-dynamic work environment
Ability to learn quickly detailed information about products & services
Ability to handle multiple priorities using effective organization and time-management skills
Ability to work towards common goals in a group sales environment
Desire to help the company grow through participation in a variety of projects
Detail oriented team player with a passion for helping customers
Proficient with customers on the phone/e-mail
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, e-mail, ability to learn order management tools
Previous experience in corporate phone sales with 2-3 years of experience,1-2 years outbound (preferred)
Bachelors degree (preferred).
