Summary:
The Outcomes Process Coordinator is responsible for assisting with management and upkeep of standard/validated questionnaires and copyrighted materials. This individual will interact directly with author/copyright holders and translation vendors and ensure efficient, proper and legal use of their instruments by PHT Services Delivery, Sales, and Marketing groups.
Position Responsibilities:
Achieve working knowledge of relevant principles of measurement, questionnaire migration, and relevant guidance from regulatory agencies
Create screenshots, diaries and questionnaires as needed for review by authors or for presales demos using 4x and 5x design tools
With assistance, work with authors/copyright holders to ensure proper migration and translation of standard/validated questionnaires
Maintain a knowledge base to ensure author/copyright Holder requirements are met in the migration and translation of standard/validated questionnaires and copyrighted materials by PHT staff
With assistance, act as first line for queries from PHT staff regarding PRO or ClinRO requirements and agreements
Provide project-specific support to PHT Project Managers by outlining the proper usage and processes required by author/copyright holder of the questionnaires
With assistance, manage the QoL ToolKit initiative to assure the ongoing development of the content from instrument through translations
Support process development to increase efficiencies in PHT?s use of PRO and ClinRO measures
Assist with training PHT staff on the use of the QoL Toolkits
With assistance, advise ePTDs on sound migration practices for individual PRO or ClinRO measures
Identify opportunities for efficiencies in PHT effort to implement copyrighted materials, commencing with outreach to authors through the translation process
Participate in cross-functional working groups to improve efficiencies
Education Minimum: BS, BA or equivalent
Required Skills and Experience:
Ability to manage multiple, concurrent tasks
Ability to work independently
Experience dealing with external vendors
Comfortable using computers for day to day operations and demonstrated capability to quickly learn and use sophisticated computer programs
Word processing and spreadsheet software experience
Strong interest in the application of new technology to the clinical trials process
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small company environment without administrative support
Good communication skills
Able to work effectively across working groups with PHT
Embraces learning about measurement principles, migration of measures from paper to electronic, and relevant industry guidelines
