Outside Sales Representative Radianse
Job Description
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly and annual financial and pipeline targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities following the Radianse sales process. The employee will sell Radianse's complete portfolio of product and service offerings in the world market place which can include one or more of the following:
- Radianse Product Suite offerings
The Outside Sales Representative is expected to set direction for prospecting within their territory and to align with the Inside Sales Team to qualify leads, conduct solution demonstrations, write effective proposals, negotiate, and close new business. In addition he/she will function as the customer contact and advocate building a deep understanding of each customer's strategic direction, identifying and shaping customer requirements, developing a winning strategy and teaming across Radianse. Key focus areas will include:
- Development of net new client base in assigned territory
- Manage and further penetrate existing account base
- Consistently driving opportunities to close to achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly goals
Required Qualifications
This position requires an individual who brings deep industry knowledge, has experience in complex selling environments and proven results penetrating and establishing net new account relationships and growing the existing account base.
- At least ten years of business experience
- Five or more years of direct sales experience
- Five or more years of experience selling professional services to Fortune 1000 companies
- Demonstrated success in growing new business initiatives that turn into long term profitable account relationships
- Experience successfully using a consultative solution sales approach to win new business
- Demonstrated consistent performance in generating and developing net new sales leads
- Demonstrated success building relationships at the CXO and Vice President levels
- Demonstrated strong leadership, collaboration and teamwork skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent influencing and negotiating skills
- Demonstrated expertise in moving deals to close (i.e. getting the customer to say yes)
Required Education
