The Analyst, Outsourcing Sales, supports the broader Outsourcing Sales organization at Axiom by researching and analyzing prospective, high-value sales opportunities, managing departmental reporting and key metrics, and generally coordinating the day-to-day logistics of the team. In particular, the Analyst will:
Prepare company reports on prospective, high-value client opportunities. Preparation of these reports requires:
Conducting trend analyses
Reading/interpreting financial statements and other public documents (e.g., 10-ks, 10-Qs) for salient financial information
Attending investor/analyst calls
Help create PowerPoint presentations and other materials to support sales pitches
Update and publish outsourcing sales pipeline report
Coordinate travel logistics, organize meetings, complete expense reports, and perform other administrative duties as needed for senior members of the Outsourcing Sales team.

Experience & Qualifications
0 to 2 years of work experience; a financial or business background is required
Excellent research/analysis skills (including ability to interpret trend analyses and read financial statements)
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (including PowerPoint and Excel)
Outstanding communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills
High aptitude for learning and working within a dynamic sales organization

Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Bachelor?s degree from a top-tier university required
Degree in a business-related field preferred
