Among Axiom?s multiple solutions and offerings, Outsourcing and Projects are our most strategic and fastest-growing lines of business.
When our clients need efficiencies across bigger pieces of work, we develop solutions for their largest area of ?inside? spend. At the heart of Axiom?s innovation agenda, our Outsourcing solutions provide end-to-end management and delivery of complex legal processes like commercial contracts, derivatives agreements, and compliance activities. Our multi-person teams take on entire functions for our clients and are on the hook for delivering process efficiencies, hitting service level agreements, and often for deploying technology.
When our clients have similar needs for a finite period of time or for a discrete body of work, we deploy similar methodologies as our Outsourcing business to provide our clients solutions through our Projects business, allowing clients to bring us in when they need us.
Within Axiom?s Outsourcing and Projects solutions, we are accountable for building, implementing, and executing solutions ? not just advising. What We Need:
This role will play a key role on the Axiom Outsourcing Sales team to generate revenue through the execution of Outsourcing and Projects deals with both current and prospective Axiom clients. Specifically, this role is accountable for:
Generating deals and revenue: Managing end-to-end (sourcing, generating, qualifying, pursuing, and closing) small- to mid-sized Outsourcing and Projects deals within the Fortune 500
Cultivate Outsourcing Opportunities with existing clients: Partnering with Axiom?s Insourcing Practice Management (sales) team to uncover leads and Outsourcing opportunities among current Axiom clients
Advising on Client Solutions: Working side-by-side with Axiom?s Solutions Design team to scope opportunities, identify client solutions, and present to clients to win business
Overseeing deal-specific bid teams: Ensuring that the bid team (which may include a Bid Manager and representatives from other business functions within Axiom) are progressing against deal targets, remaining within bid budget, and generally facilitating an unparalleled client experience
This role will require travel at approximately 50% to create and nurture in-person relationships and opportunities with our existing and prospective clients.
Our ideal candidate:
This position is ideal for someone with prior demonstrated success selling small- to mid-sized business process outsourcing solutions within the F500 (preferably HR, Finance, or Procurement based solutions).
Specifically, the ideal candidate will have the following:
8-10 years of business process outsourcing sales experience
Prior experience leading end-to-end outsourcing deals (generating to closing)
Proven track record of being a self-starter, self-driven
Prior success meeting or beating business/revenue targets
Credible track record, with client references, of closing deals with senior executives
Entrepreneurial mindset, goal-orientation, and a demonstrated pattern of achievement
Demonstration of Axiom?s core values of Fresh, Irresistible, Thoughtful, and Committed
Additionally, though not required, experience closing deals within Financial Services and Pharmaceutical firms is highly preferred.
MBA or advanced degree from a top tier school preferred
