Working closely with customers in real time via the telephone, Live Chat, and/or email you will help customers pick out that one perfect design, answer questions about existing orders, and help our customers with items they have already purchased.
What You'll Do:
We are looking for Customer Care Specialists with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a high level of comfort navigating the internet. You will help people find their way among thousands of unique jewelry designs to that one perfect piece just for them. If you love working with people and helping them get exactly what they want, this position is perfect for you. This is a unique opportunity to work from home.
Skills You?ll Need to Be Successful:
? We are looking for a talented communicator with live chat or customer service experience
? Ability to work 18-22 hours/week Overnight Shift
? Candidates must live in Massachusetts
? Must have high speed internet connection and a quiet work space in your home
? Jewelry knowledge a plus, passion for jewelry a must!
? Must be extremely adept at using a computer & the internet.
