Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Help Business Intelligence system implementation team with data and functional migration
Build and validate our extensive Customer and Contracts database
Data search, entry and manipulation of large amounts of data and data fields - parse existing databases and process data forms for relevant information
Manipulate data to fit given formats - convert data from one format to another in Microsoft Excel
Prepare and sort source data, and identify/interpret data relationships
Parse customer contracts for relevant information
Record customer information in Microsoft Excel and or/ Salesforce.com
Verify accuracy of data - resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data
Download to/record customer information in Microsoft Excel and or/ CRM
Keep track data sources
Requirements:
Must be extremely detail oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Must be comfortable with Microsoft Excel and data entry into CRMs
Must have a very high degree of accuracy and thoroughness (near 100% accuracy in data entry is required)
Must have the ability to work efficiently and with minimal supervision
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team-oriented environment
