The Paid Media Analyst would be responsible for analyzing and communicating in-depth business marketing data for large online SEM and Display advertising campaigns with Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, and Facebook.
This team member will communicate key findings from reports and data analyses to account managers on a regular basis. Optimization will be an integral activity day-to-day using various online marketing levers including bid management, campaign budgeting, and various element testing. The analyst will make informed business decisions and will identify opportunities to improve online performance based on clients? goals and objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or other quantitative field.
Data Driven ? Strong projection-based, business-centric, analytical, and reporting skills.
Team Player ? Work within a dynamic team but also get work done individually.
Detail Oriented ? Ability to spot data trends and communicating that to clients through clear and concise dashboards.
Analytics Knowledge ? Experience with testing, competitive analysis, market research and online analytics (Omniture, Google Analytics, Coremetrics, etc.).
Excel Expert ? Formulas, filtering, pivot tables, trending charts, and template building.
Macros and introductory VBA proficiency preferred.
Strong Communication ? Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present analysis findings and recommendations for marketing campaigns.
Flexible ? Easily adapt to change and evolution.
Hungry ? Willing to take on more responsibility for career and skill growth.
Online Media Technology ? Experience with SEM bid management technologies or Display ad servers are a plus.
Online Knowledge ? Online business marketing metrics (Impressions, Clicks, Conversions, CPC, ROI, Cost per Acquisition) preferred.
