THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Paid Search Specialist will be responsible for developing paid search campaigns on Google and Bing. The Paid Search Specialist will support all aspects of paid search from strategy development, implementation, optimization, reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage all detailed aspects of day-to-day paid search campaign activities. The candidate should have experience in online marketing with a heavy focus on paid search management and a thirst to learn more as additional training will be provided.

Research and strategize paid search campaign plans.
Manage accounts to ensure all project deliverable deadlines are met.
Facilitate the management and growth of paid search accounts and ensure that the expectations of the campaigns are met.
Analyze and report on Pay per Click campaign results.
Develop and enhance the process of paid search offerings.
Develop and maintain understanding of marketplace dynamics and key players, and communicate to internal and external customers.
Ability to write ad/landing page copy according to best practices for Google Quality Scores.
Ability to properly analyze individual campaigns and optimize accordingly.
BA from accredited college or university
Strong understanding and application of paid search and search engine marketing practices.
Experienced with paid search keyword research, campaign construction, daily optimization, test plan construction, and in-depth analysis.
Experienced in creating and presenting campaign reports including ROI, conversion rates, etc.
Advanced proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially in Microsoft Excel, and other Paid Search, Web Analytics applications.
Strong analytical skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to handle multiple ongoing tasks with changing priorities
