Pando Networks is looking for a Sales Director to join our exciting and growing team. This position involves self-initiated and team-based sales lead development, email, IM, phone and in-person contact with prospects; contract negotiation and customer relationship responsibilities.
Some of the specific responsibilities are:
Research leads and develop extensive lead pipeline
Contact and engage leads by any means possible
Develop and meet individual monthly and quarterly sales goals
Attend weekly sales meetings and report sales progress and review sales pipeline
Work collaboratively with other people on the sales, product management and engineering teams
Maintain contact with prospects after they become customers to expand business opportunities
Background, experience and qualities needed for success:
Self starter who can manage responsibilities to meet and exceed goals
Strong interest in selling technology. A proven record of technology sales success is a plus.
Entrepreneurial spirit, high energy and able to excel in a small company culture
Highly collaborative and ethical, strong selling skills, strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and organizing skills.
Willingness to learn, fast learner and flexible
We are looking for someone who can start immediately, no relocation, no visa sponsorships.
