We are currently seeking a Part Time Account Manager to help our Client Services team in East Greenbush, NY.
The Account Manager is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of project set-up, client project parameters, timely client deliverables and client satisfaction for the project(s) they are assigned. The Account Manager provides exceptional service to our clients in the development and maintenance of business relationships. This position does not involve sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for ongoing project maintenance from inception through final billing, included but not limited to ensuring each project is set-up and activated in a timely manner; site file management in a timely manner; submitting timely requests for updates or changes to Data Processing group; reviewing Exception and Invalid reports to determine project updates/enhancements; maintaining accurate project documentation; and other project management tasks as required.
Collaborate with clients to implement program and/or field form changes, and communicate changes to relevant support departments.
Timely creation of project plans including field instructions and setup in Project Management Tracking System.
Assist with the tracking and submission of accurate financial and program volume estimates and client invoicing on a monthly basis.
Responsible for delivery of client reporting via client-branded reporting websites, tabulated reports and other related client reporting such as FTP, XML, or other automated reporting.
Occasional travel to meet with Clients and/or conduct field tests.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Two years of project management experience preferred
2-5 years experience managing client accounts preferred in one of the following verticals: CPG, Restaurant & Hospitality, Retail, Drug & Grocery, Petroleum/Convenience, Banking & Financial Institutions, Service, and Manufacturing.
Previous retail experience helpful.
The schedule for this position is as follows: Monday 9AM-4PM, Tues-Friday 11AM-4PM
