Part Time Customer Care Representative SmartPak

The job is to service, proactively engage and further educate our customers, while keeping with the SmartPak philosophy of first-class customer service.
SmartPak is a fun and fast-paced environment, and you must be able to function as a dynamic member of our exceptional team. The ideal candidate has real-life equine experience, is self confident, driven and outgoing. An interest in animal health and nutrition is a must.
There is no relocation package available for this position. Candidates must be available for an in-person interview. This is a part-time position with hours in the evening and on the weekends.
Responsibilities:
All aspects of customer service and sales, including:
- Handling high call and email volume (placing orders, answering questions and everything in between)
- Customer account management
Qualifications:
- Strong equine experience is a MUST
- Associates Degree preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Able to multi-task and think quickly on your feet
- Comfortable working independently as well as within a group
- Sales background strongly preferred
- An outstanding personality and sense of humor
