This is a part time swing shift position, typical hours may be 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Schedule subject to change as business needs necessitate.
This position functions as a member of the data quality team and ensures that all daily field data and associated billing data is accurately recorded. This position will work with drivers, route managers, operations controllers, customer service, and others to ensure that service has been completed and reports are accurate.
Ensure daily collection routes are completed fully and are properly documented in the CleanScapes customer and operations database.
Communicate effectively with drivers and answer any questions regarding field documentation.
Review video footage from the trucks and investigate and document issues utilizing available technology.
Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft SQL queries to ensure consistent and quality operational data.
Work with contract municipalities to solve issues by researching database records, route records, and video footage.
Enter and confirm pricing and quantities that affect customer invoices.
Work collaboratively with the internal operations team to meet or exceed all contractual requirements and ensure the highest level of service for the customer.
Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications):
Bachelor?s degree preferred. Highschool Diploma or GED, with demonstrated proficiency in reading, writing and math required.
One year of customer service-related experience preferred.
Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Access or similar SQL type progam required.
The ability to work productively in a loud, busy atmosphere.
Clear and concise writing skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multi-task/juggle multiple projects.
