Caradigm is looking to hire a part-time facilities and real estate worker. This person will be responsible for conducting occasional and regular maintenance at our headquarters in Bellevue, WA. Person will work with the admin team, the building facilities manager, and employees to maintain common areas, stock supplies, order supplies, and manage furniture and facilities maintenance requests. This person may also take on other office project work as needed.
Essential Responsibilities:
? Troubleshooting requests for maintenance on HVAC and plumbing systems. Interfacing with building superintendent service as required
? Hanging and removing office postings, decorations, pictures
? Responding to employee requests for furniture and printer repair. IE, correcting paper jams, replacing broken office chairs, desks, etc.
? Maintaining Caradigm common areas; stocking supplies, beverages. Ensuring kitchens are free of litter and spills. Ensuring kitchens and bathrooms are stocked with appropriate amenities.
? Other office duties as needed, including some coverage for reception area, office projects
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
? Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
? Ability to assess current maintenance needs and perform tasks
? Ability to work well with others, and partner with building and Caradigm team to solve issues
? Ability to assess supply needs and order accordingly
? Ability to work 10-20 hours in our downtown facility
