Part-Time Facilities Assistant Sparta Systems
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Job Function:
The Part Time Facilities Assistant is responsible for the general upkeep and restocking of our office building, specifically all kitchen and coffee break areas.
This position would be 10 hours per week, Monday through Friday, ideally between the hours of 2:00 - 4:00 pm each day.
1. Dust and wipe down conference rooms and kitchen/coffee break areas.
2. Mark boxes for trash (actual disposal handled by building management).
3. Ensure supplies for kitchens/coffee break areas are replenished as necessary.
4. Assist with the unloading and restocking of supplies into appropriate storage areas as they are delivered.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. No heavy lifting required.
2. Previous experience in general housekeeping or facility maintenance/custodial work a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Reliable individual with well-developed organization and time management skills.
2. Ability to multi-task.
3. Resourceful and self-motivated.
