Holding Area Specialist
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Business Formation team as a Holding Area Specialist. The Holding Area Specialist will be responsible for sorting, scanning and distributing all incoming legal documents received via USPS, FedEx, email and fax.
Principal Responsibilities:
Sort all incoming legal documents and forward documents to the appropriate party.
Scan and save legal documents to customer file.
Maintains quality service by maintaining and following procedure manuals, resolving processing problems, and recording time measurements.
Supports operations by cross-training on related jobs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Locate companies using an internal search database
Preferred Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent.
Must be highly organized, proactive and detail oriented.
Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office, Internet, and related software applications.
Professional team player with the ability to multi-task in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Previous experience operating scanners, copiers and fax machines.
Ability to learn and adhere to internal policy and procedures.
Effective communication skills.
