Part-Time Office/Mail Coordinator ON24

Sign for packages and shipments and greet visitors.
Distribute incoming mail/packages and prepare outgoing mail/shipments.
Keep office supplies and kitchen area stocked, clean and organized.
Make sure the office common areas and conference rooms are tidy.
Maintain service of copy and fax equipment.
Main point of contact for building management regarding facilities issues including suite access.
Assist in ordering and setup of luncheons, meeting/event planning, office celebrations, and special projects as needed.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS/PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
2+ years of administrative/office support experience.
Professional experience with Microsoft Outlook and MS Office.
Pleasant, courteous, articulate with professional telephone etiquette skills.
Self-motivated and eager to work in a fast-paced, technical corporate environment.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.
Must present a professional image and have a positive attitude.
This position is 2 hrs per day, 5 days per week.
