JOB RESPONSIBILITIES--Processing semi-monthly payroll in a multi-state environment
--Maintain payroll spreadsheet with payroll details
--Update HRIS system with new hires and pay data information
--Work with the HR department to ensure timely payroll processing for new and terminated employees
--Complete the set up in new states for State Taxes and State Unemployment Insurance
--Interact with ADP Workforce now for payroll items
--Work approximately 25 hours per week
REQUIREMENTS
--Bachelor's degree in human resources, accounting, or related field
--3-5 years of payroll processing experience
--1-2 years with HRIS Systems
--Excellent interpersonal skills
