Caradigm is looking to hire a part-time Purchasing Assistant. This person will be responsible for processing purchase orders (P.Os) and invoices for Caradigm?s suppliers at our headquarters in Bellevue, WA. Person will work with the procurement manager and Accounts Payable Analyst to open P.Os, send them to suppliers, record invoice approval, reconcile invoices & payments.
Essential Responsibilities:
? Opening purchase orders in Caradigm?s purchasing system adhering to prescribed controls
? Upon approval of these orders, sending them to the suppliers in a timely manner
? Recording the receipt of goods & services in the purchasing after ensuring that they are correctly approved
? Troubleshooting purchase orders & invoicing issues, interfacing with the Accounts Payable as required
? Publishing a weekly status report on internal site on progress of purchase orders
? Running reports from purchasing system and answering questions as needed from the finance team
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
? Solid financial aptitude, financial background preferred
? Attention to detail and comfortable with numbers and data
? Strong problem solving and analytical skills
? Self-starter with good systems aptitude
? Ability to work well with others, and partner with Caradigm team to solve issues
? Ability to work 10-20 hours in our downtown Bellevue facility
