Part-Time Searcher/Examiner RedVision

Overview:

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for searching and examining titles ranging in complexity, to determine status of title or establish chain of title, including open mortgages and judgments.
Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for conducting search and exam in various states.
Responsible for making decisions regarding correct vesting in the property.
Assist Support Services with questions on files as needed.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The work is sedentary, typically employee sits comfortably to do the work. There may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as paper, books, or notebooks.



WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

Work is normally performed remotely in a typical home/office work environment that requires normal safety precautions.
Qualifications:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Required:

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year prior title search or examination experience
Computer skills including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer

Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
