Part-Time Software Engineer, BizBuySell LoopNet
BizBuySell, a CoStar Group Company, is seeking a highly motivated individual to be a Part-Time Software Engineer in our San Luis Obispo office. You will be an integral part of our team to help develop and maintain web and windows software for the BizBuySell product line. This is a great position for a self-motivated "out of the box" thinker. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the designing and developing web and windows based software for the BizBuySell product line to product specification, designing and developing database structure to product specification, participating in planning of product specifications where appropriate, participating and assisting in quality assurance testing of product where appropriate, and documenting design specifications where appropriate.The ideal candidate will have:
? Proficient in current Microsoft development tools, especially C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server and Internet Services
? Experience with MySQL highly desirable
? Experience in C/C++/VC++ (Windows or Linux) desirable.
? Experience with internet UI software development (HTML, Javascript, DHTML, CSS, etc.)
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills
? Ability to prioritize and multi-task while working well with a team
