Job Description:GENOA HEALTHCARE is a nationwide, leading provider of pharmaceuticals, services and information to persons diagnosed with mental illness and other chronic health disorders. We are a rapidly growing and successful organization with a strong reputation in servicing the mental health community via a network of clinic pharmacies housed within mental health agencies throughout the United States.We are seeking a Pharmacist to help supervise and direct the pharmacy processes, and activities of personnel, to ensure the efficient and timely dispensing of medications to the clients of the mental health facility, while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws of the State Board of Pharmacy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Staff Pharmacist:
?Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and members of the clinic staff
?Fill new prescriptions and refills of medications using various forms of compliance packaging.
?Medication ordering and maintenance of appropriate inventory controls within the pharmacy.
?Help supervise and coordinate the activities of the pharmacy technicians and other employees and assume responsibility for other duties related to personnel.
?Prepare medication emergency kits if required by the clinic for any after-hours dispensing of medications.
?Promote and increase sales.
This is a part time position. Looking for someone who can work Monday and Tuesday 8-5 PM.
Requirements:
?Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
?Current pharmacist license in the state in which you are applying
?Candidates for the position will be subject to a standard license and background check
