The Active Network, located in Frostburg, Maryland, is currently seeking Participant Service Representatives.
* Job duties include answering incoming calls regarding retirement investment accounts, providing general information and performing basic account transactions. No previous experience required. Paid training will be provided. High School diploma or equivalent and excellent written and oral communication skills required, one year of college education preferred. General keyboard knowledge with PC experience preferred. Previous call center experience and/or financial experience is helpful. You will be subject to a criminal and financial screening upon hire. Starting wage is $9.36/hr. Company benefit package will be offered.
