Here at ShapeUp, we are currently looking for four full-time employees to join our cutting edge global Participant Support team. We?re looking for an energetic individual who is a great communicator and can be empathetic to our user?s dilemmas. If you think you fit the bill, read ahead for specific responsibilities, requirements, and parameters of the role.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Provide support and technical inquiry resolution for our platform users via e-mail and phone. (Help our users when they have a question or technical issue using our platform).
Direct requests and unresolved issues to appropriate resources. (Escalate issues that you cannot resolve to someone who can).
Identify and work with the Participant Support Team to correct key participant issues.
To Be Successful, You Will Need:
Experience working in a Customer Service position or similar environment. (We?re looking for somebody who is as enthusiastic and passionate about customer satisfaction as we are).
Proficient with standard internet browsers (IE, Firefox) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. (Eloquent, but succinct)
Exceptional problem analysis and resolution skills. (Sherlock Holmes style)
Typing proficiency: 40-60 wpm. (You need to be accurate and fast)
Fun with a good sense of humor; a person who doesn?t take themselves too seriously (we work hard, but we also play hard?)
The full-time position will vary Monday through Friday anywhere from 7:30am to 8:30pm based on client demands.
The full-time schedule will be up to 40 hours a week.
Shifts available are 7:30am ? 4pm, 9am ? 5:30pm, 10:30am ? 7pm or 12pm ? 8:30pm. Please provide us with your preference when applying.
