To help support our amazing growth, we are seeking a Partner Account Manager.
In the role, you will use your previous channel account management experience to collaborate with current channel partners and Fiberlink internal teams to better understand the Partners business model and how they will effectively sell MaaS360 to their customers.
Conduct research to better understand the scope of the partner company (size, customer base, industry targets, sales process, revenue, solutions provided, etc.)
Develop relationships with current channel partners? leadership team and sales staff
Educating the partners staff on MDM through trainings and whitepapers
Developing a plan to introduce MDM to their customers through email campaigns, webinars, and product demo?s.
Produce a plan that will increase our penetration rate of MDM into their clients
Serve as a key point of contact for all cross functional teams and to the broader organization in addition to Fiberlink strategic partners/carriers
Delivering value through solution selling and servicing of the partner account
Coordinate and execute sales and technical training, with partner and internal resources
Prioritize partners based on opportunity; help drive product roadmap for channel partner platform
Identify risk, propose mitigations, and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders
Contribute to monthly program reviews with operations and sales teams, as appropriate
Provide feedback to product team on partner requirements and needs
2-4 years relevant work experience which includes Account Management, Sales, Partner/Channel Sales, and/or Business Development.
BA/BS in technical or business discipline preferred
Previous experience working with existing channel partners in the tech sector is a must.
Leadership skills and ability to work with teams of highly talented and independent individuals
Excellent communication, organizational and account management skills
Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience
Self-motivated; proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking
Understand partner enablement and Go To Market phases
Teamwork: Efficiently collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
Organized and detailed oriented
