The Partner Account Manager works as part of a small nimble Business Development team and part of the larger Ad Sales group of WildTangent Media. Reporting to the Director of BD, the Partner Account Manager manages social, online and mobile game partner communications and operations from sourcing new developers, managing the integration with WT Media?s ad products, and optimizing the relationship. The role also works closely with our global sales team to build creative replies to RFPs and supports their efforts to develop ad campaigns appropriate to the advertiser. The ideal candidate will have experience working at an advertising agency and with social and mobile game developers.
Manage relationships with game developers to integrate ad products and grow revenues:
Oversee and optimize implementation of scalable ad platforms to increase revenues by game
Upsell existing partners on other available revenue generating opportunities with WT
Secure engineering approval on all custom brand integration programs
Create detailed forecasting models to track and achieve revenue goals by product
Research and prospect new partners and ad opportunities in collaboration with Director of BD
Support the business development team on partnership negotiations and contracts
Create and execute ad campaigns in WT Partner games by brainstorming new RFPs, creating standardized packages used by the sales team, streamlining communication process between internal teams and game developers, and overseeing creative implementation
Develop and organize marketing collateral used to pitch WT Partner games to media agencies
Monitor inventory capacity and revenue distribution across WT Partner games
Train new members of ad sales and business development teams by creating product and audience catalog and leading review sessions of our 50+ custom ad solutions
3-5 years? experience in sales/business development in digital media.
Solid understanding of the digital media landscape, particularly online, social and mobile gaming.
Ability to multi-task projects and work with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, consensus building and creative thinking skills as well.
Has a strong work ethic and ability to turn challenges into opportunities.
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure.
Stellar time management capability and highly organized.
Ability to be analytical and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
