Specifically?..
We?re looking for a Partner Account Manager to become part of our Acquiring Channels team.
The Partner Account Manager will support our business development team during the sales process, and then take primary responsibility for the account once the partnership is agreed. You?ll get to know our channel partners early in the partnership development process, and will end up knowing their business better than anyone else at Plastic Jungle. Our channel partners will include some of the biggest companies in the world, as well as some of the fastest-growing startups in the world.
You will be responsible for partnering with our product and technical team in seamlessly onboarding partners, and will work with established partners to optimize the performance of their Plastic Jungle gift card exchange programs.
You will know the Plastic Jungle product well, and help each partner use the product effectively.

You?re a great, practiced project manager with a relentless eye for detail;
You?re driven to see our partners succeed;
You communicate well with people at all levels of the organization ? you listen well, you influence well, you present well in writing and in person;
You?re analytical, and comfortable gathering, manipulating and finding insights in data;
You?re well-organized and productive under pressure;
You?re comfortable talking technology with technology guys ? you don?t have to be a developer, but you?re going to be working closely with them and you need to know what they?re talking about (even when they don?t);
You thrive in the ambiguity and rapid change of a growing startup company;
You?ve had 5-7 years of impactful, client-facing experience, and you probably have a graduate degree.
