The Developer Relations Partner Certification Coordinator takes the relationship with a Solutions Partner from hand-off by Business Development (upon completion of a signed partnership agreement) through to integration completion and certification.
The Avalara Partner Certification Coordinator takes the lead for the overall launch of the Solutions Partner they are assigned. The Partner Launch Coordinator pro-actively and professionally manages the relationship and helps guide the partner through building and certifying the integration to AvaTax including gathering all necessary information to help Avalara go-live take the customer live quickly and efficiently. The Partner Certification Coordinator also works closely with the Channel Development Managers and Sales people to ensure that marketing and sales planning is taking place during the development of the integration.
Coordinate Avalara resources to assist with development, training of dashboard, design of the completed integration, and ensure development support where necessary and appropriate.
Provide feedback and prioritization to sales and go-live on expected delivery date of integration.
Certify that the completed integration is working as expected and as required.
Ensure that all user guides, implementation costs and contacts are documented in the internal knowledgebase.
Coordinate with the appropriate Channel Marketing Representative and sales person to ensure that channel marketing plans are complete and being executed and ensure that CDM has set up a sales training for Solutions Partner resources.
Ensure internal systems including Sitemanager, GP and Tennsoft are setup to enable order processing.
Ensure communications to OEM Partners to test and recertify integrations if necessary as Avalara SDK changes in the future.
Continue to communicate with Business Development and Channel Marketing regarding the account on a go forward basis.
Experience and Skills:
Five years or more of software project management delivery, preferably within the B2B sector.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must with a demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams.
Teamwork oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business development.
Ability to think strategically, solve problems effectively, tenaciously follow-through to ensure partnership success.
Results oriented with strong people and time management skills, highly organized and driven to succeed.
