Position Description:
Partner Development Coordinator to join the Scribe Global Sales Team to assist in the administration and support of the Partner Development Program. The Partner Development Program provides an integrated set of resources that presents partner teams with a structured approach to improve their ability to better sell, deliver, and support Scribe solutions. These resources include focused tools, training, and selling/marketing programs that can make the difference in helping to ensure success for Scribe Resellers and their customers. The Scribe Partner Development Program strengthens all aspects of the customer engagement lifecycle, boosting the Reseller?s capacity and capabilities.
Responsibilities:

Event Coordination assistance
Partner contract routing and filing
Facilitate new partner onboarding activities
CRM data management and reporting
Webinar Administration
Partner Support
Partner Survey Administration
Facilitate Partner Success Stories
General support of Scribe Channel Sales Team
New Customer Service/Reference Management Process
Qualification:
Dynamic, outgoing and have a strong focus on customer (partner) service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passionate, hard worker and well organized professional with power to prioritize
Should exert sound judgment, discretion and preserve confidentiality
Able to work in, and be an individual contributor to, a team
Able to work independently and a self-starter who pays close attention to detail
Ability to understand the Scribe products, solutions, market position and the interests of multiple audiences
Problem resolution skills and flexibility a must
Must have a sense of humor and the ability to multi-task and work well in fast paced environment
Ability to learn quickly, adapt rapidly to change and successfully manage multiple projects
High degree of organization, detail-orientation, time management and project management skills
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Outlook
Experience using a CRM System preferred (Salesforce.com experience a plus)
